I welcome everyone to join my live online classes - you don't need prior yoga experience or even to be able to touch your toes! All you need is a small space to practice at home, a yoga mat will get you started and we're off.

Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits. From increased focus and calm to heightened flexibility, we all benefit differently from yoga. It is vitally important to keep practicing, despite these challenging times. The classes below can all be practiced in the comfort of your own home but with me on a live-link to your mobile or other device! You'll still receive my advice and assistance, albeit remotely. A classical Hatha yoga class where we explore the finer details of individual asana, working towards a 'peak' pose which will provide the focus for the rest of the week's classes. A faster, more flowing vinyasa practice that requires some experience - this class is not for complete beginners. Pregnancy Yoga - Private 121 Sessions

Designed to be suitable for all stages of pregnancy, my pre-natal yoga classes incorporate breathing techniques, gentle and suitable yoga movements to enable you to feel comfortable in your skin, and lots of relaxation. You need this class to help navigate through the highs and lows of being pregnant and stuck at home. 121 sessions are tailor made to suit you personally, offered via Zoom, and you will receive access to the recorded class to allow you to rewatch as often as you like.

Meet Joanna Fazzani of Seeking Stillness Yoga
As an experienced Yoga Teacher since 2009, training with Simon Low's Yoga Academy (BYW affiliated), my goal has been to help your body and mind connect. Situated in the Gravesend, Kent area, I incorporate a variety of traditional and therapeutic practices in movement, breath and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. I am a fully qualified pre- and postnatal yoga teacher, Baby Yoga instructor, plus I teach Yoga to kids from pre-school up to teens, often teaching in Primary Schools.
I am a fully qualified KORE Therapist and Acupuncturist able to relieve a range of conditions such as aches/pain and injury, fertility issues, digestive problems and stress to name but a few. I am particularly interested in using KORE Therapy and Acupuncture to help couples who are struggling to conceive. Scroll down for more details.

Yin & Restorative Yoga

I currently offer weekly Yin classes on Thursday and Sunday evenings. There is also a 2-hour Yin Yoga class which is held on the final Friday of the month. They are a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life.
Yin yoga uses long-held, passive poses that are designed to target the connective tissues of the body. By remaining still in poses for an extended period of time, Yin gets deeper into the body, not only working the ligaments, tendons and fascia building strength and health in these tissues, but also offering an opportunity for meditation. These benefits support all other forms of exercise whether you are a yoga practitioner or not.
I have been teaching Yin yoga for 10 years and it remains my most rewarding and satisfying Yoga practice.
As well as your mat, don’t forget your bolster, blanket, blocks and eye pillow and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
