Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits. From increased focus and calm to heightened flexibility, we all benefit differently from yoga. It is vitally important to keep practicing, despite these challenging times. The classes below can all be practiced in the comfort of your own home but with me on a live-link to your mobile or other device! You'll still receive my advice and assistance, albeit remotely. Payment for classes is by donation or monthly subscription - do pay what you feel you can, however if you're on a low income just let me know - we're in this together:

Meet Joanna Fazzani of Seeking Stillness Yoga

As an experienced Yoga Teacher since 2009, my goal has been to help your body and mind connect. Situated in the Gravesend, Kent area, I incorporate a variety of traditional and therapeutic practices in movement, breath and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga.

I am a fully qualified KORE Therapist and Acupuncturist able to relieve a range of conditions such as aches/pain and injury, fertility issues, digestive problems and stress to name but a few. Scroll down for more details.
